Simply place the entire bag in the freezer overnight or for at least 8 hours. When ready for use, remove the bag from the freezer, add your bento box and close the zipper securely. 

The CoolPod Freezable Insulated bag is compact and flexible to fit easily in your freezer. The laminated outer polyester fabric and foam/foil prevents the exterior of the bag getting wet as the concealed ice packs melt.
